Pet Care Technician
Canine fun and happiness are what we do, and our Pet Care Technicians make sure every furry guest gets their share. This rewarding position calls for good customer service skills and knowledge of or a willingness to learn about canine body language and group play. Responsibilities include feeding, monitoring the pets, and ensuring safe play.
Receptionist
The outstanding customer experience at Wiggles begins with our receptionists. This front desk position has direct communication with clients and their pets. The goal is to make both feel right at home the moment they walk in the door. Receptionist responsibilities include greeting customers and their pets, check ins and check outs, answering phones and more.
Reservation Specialist
By answering client calls, Reservation Specialists provide the information and details pet parents need to make their pet’s time at Wiggles the best yet— every time! Must have excellent communication skills, phone manners, and a drive for results.
Grooming Assistants
This important role makes sure our furry guests return home sparkly and sweet-smelling! Our team of grooming assistants ensure each pet receives a thorough and comfortable spa experience. No prior experience is necessary, but a love for dogs is a must!
Groomers
Groomers provide our furry guests with trims and haircuts. We provide an exceptional new grooming room with the latest state-of-the art equipment including hydraulic tubs and tables. If you are an experienced groomer, we look forward to speaking with you.
Trainers
At Wiggles, we believe the most powerful bond with your dog relies on good training. We want to bring pet parents and their dogs closer than ever with clear communication, education, and positive-based training techniques. This position works closely with both dogs and their parents.
