They were MORE than equipped to handle this giant furbaby and were so loving from second one. Brody had no problem being left in their care because they just all exuded puppy love. And they had no problem bathing this GIANT — which is a feat in of itself. When I picked him up the entire staff was oooo-ing and awww-ing over my furbaby and he was the brightest white polar bear just like he should be. In addition, it was so nice how they didn’t oversell me on nail clipping or de-shedding and really kept his grooming to what he actually needed! I’m so impressed with their care & their services and won’t be taking my big baby Brody anywhere else.”
